Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Kreyoluxe may process and ship orders on weekends when shipping carriers such as the United States Postal Service are operating.

Orders are not processed or shipped on major holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Kreyoluxe currently ships using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout and the customer’s location.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Kreyoluxe is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volume

  • Carrier delays

  • Postal service disruptions

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kreyoluxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location

  • Asking neighbors or household members

  • Contacting your local post office

Customers may also file a claim directly with the shipping carrier if necessary.

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to Kreyoluxe due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Once the returned package is received, Kreyoluxe will contact the customer to arrange reshipment or a refund of the order amount minus the original shipping cost.
