5. Orders

  • Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase and will ship once inventory is available. Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Orders placed by Monday midnight will ship Tuesday. Orders placed by Thursday midnight will ship Friday.
  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Kreyoluxe LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers.
  • Once a package is handed to the carrier and a tracking number is issued, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
  • Kreyoluxe LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after carrier pickup. Please contact USPS directly for carrier-related issues.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. Kreyoluxe LLC does not accept returns or exchanges.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@kreyoluxe.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
  • We will review all damage claims and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
